Questions
What exactly do I get paid?
A percentage of what each referred account actually pays us, every billing period, for as long as the offer runs. It is not a one-off bounty for a signup.
When do I get paid?
We confirm the payment schedule and any holding period with you in writing before your first payment.
Do I need to be an Invoflux customer?
No. A partner account is separate from a customer account. You can be both, and the two never share data.
What happens if someone I referred cancels or refunds?
How refunds and cancellations affect commission is set out in the partner agreement, which we send you before your first payment.
Can I refer someone who already has an account?
No. Attribution applies to new signups only, and self-referrals are rejected automatically, including a second account on the same mailbox.
Do I have to invoice you?
We self-bill: we produce the document for you. We confirm exactly what we need from you, and how VAT is handled in your country, before the first payment.
How long does approval take?
We review applications by hand. Expect a few working days. We will tell you either way.
Can I run ads on the Invoflux brand?
The partner agreement sets out what you may and may not do with the Invoflux brand. We send it to you before your first payment.
